Blue Moon has Moved!

For over 23+ years, Jim and Rose Berry poured their hearts into Blue Moon Glassworks, building a cherished stained glass shop in Austin and guiding countless glass artists on their creative journeys.

This shop has been more than just a business—it’s been a place where people connect, create, and find inspiration. Now that Jim and Rose have retired, they’ve passed this legacy on to Kristi Colby and Lindsay Foxx, who have both been deeply committed to Blue Moon as long-time team members.

Due to redevelopment in historic Hyde Park, we had to move from our location of 18 years. We’ve relocated just 4 miles north, to 2139 Anderson Lane, where we re-opened on January 7th, 2025 and are continuing the Berry's vision. The transition has been both exciting and challenging, and we appreciate our beloved community for their immense support!

Ways to Help:
  • Donate to Our Crowdfunding Effort: We set up a GoFundMe page for those who expressed that they'd like to help but are unable to stop into the shop. Donations have gone towards covering relocation expenses, setting up our new workspaces & classrooms, and making the new shop functional and inspirational. Any donation, big or small, is greatly appreciated and goes directly towards building the future of Blue Moon Glassworks.
  • Spread the Word: Let others in the Austin community know about our move! Sharing this page and encouraging others to get involved will help us reach a larger audience and secure the support we need to thrive in our new location.
With your help—whether it’s volunteering, taking a class, donating, shopping, or simply sharing our story—we'll continue Jim and Rose’s dream of creating a beautiful, welcoming space for artists in Austin.

We’re beyond grateful to be part of such a supportive and inspiring community, and we look forward to preserving Blue Moon’s legacy together with all of you!

With LOVE,
Kristi Colby & Lindsay Foxx
